Thank you to all of you who took time out from your busy weekend schedule to join us in making udon from scratch. We all had a wonderful time mixing, stomping, rolling, cutting, and yes...eating freshly made udon. Toridoll even supplied us with shrimp and sweet potato tempura! I felt like I was back in Japan again! A lot of hard work was put into each batch of udon...and a lot of heart! We were also able to plant a breadfruit tree to commemorate our partnership with Toridoll. Channel 2 (KHON) did a wonderful job (on their newscast) showcasing each step of the udon making process. They were able to highlight the smiling faces of our students and of our TEAM members!
Let's hope that we can all do this again next year!
